Kelly began her real estate career in 2006 and she joined forces with a fellow Realtor, Cynthia Gerwe, in 2008. As a team, they strive to provide unprecedented service, expertise, and council to their clients. With nearly 40 years of combined experience and hundreds of happy clients, you can trust Cynthia and Kelly to guide you through all your real estate needs. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kelly spent 5 years working for Portland property management companies, Guardian & Cambridge Real Estate Services. Introducing people to new communities and homes inspired Kelly to become a Realtor. Kelly is a tireless advocate for her clients, with a passion to help others, negotiate & problem solve.
Kelly loves Oregon for its beautiful landscape, outdoor activity and amazing food. On her time off, you will likely find Kelly enjoying a game of pickleball, golf or cycling at the coast or in Bend with family and friends.
Kelly and her family are also founders of Kelly’s Jelly, an award-winning specialty food brand from Lake Oswego.

Cynthia began her career in real estate after moving to the Portland area in 2002 from her hometown of Kansas City, Kansas. Inspired by personal relocations, she wanted to help buyers and sellers alike with the process and loves getting to meet and interact with all kinds of people.
In 2008, Cynthia joined forces with her good friend Kelly Calabria and together strive to provide unprecedented service and knowledge to their clients. Both full time Realtors, they believe that their team sales strategy is instrumental in their success.
Cynthia is proud of Portland’s natural beauty and loves to show it off. She embraces all of Portland’s weirdness, respect for the environment, the food scene and the abundance of outdoor activity. You can’t find that just anywhere!
When not working, you can find Cynthia spending time with friends, husband, and three children. She enjoys golfing, snow skiing, exercising, and experiencing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
We are completely satisfied and happy with the home and the whole process. Cynthia and Kelly both understood our needs and connected very well with us. They also managed well some challenges with the seller’s realtor without letting those setbacks disrupt the process.
They also suggested contractors and setup multiple appointments for us to have a chance to assess a couple of projects for the house. I would recommend them anytime. Although, I wish to stay in this home for a long time, if we ever need to move again I know we can count on you and your team.

-Cynthia and Kelly navigated the new virus-related showing and inspection restrictions without pause. The calm and professional way they addressed the new requirements, in the industry as well as in individual homes, was perfect. They helped daunting times feel surmountable.
-They wrote three separate offers for us (the first was a backup, the second seller took the home off the market and the third was a winner). Each time they listened to our intention and provided constructive feedback and ideas.
-The repairs request was skillfully negotiated and showed knowledge above and beyond (it was part repair, part price reduction and part closing credit).
-Last, as I'm sure you know, Cynthia and Kelly are really great people and are just a pleasure to spend time with. Chris and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I'm going to miss the frequent chats!
Cynthia and Kelly were amazing! We could not have asked for better real estate agents. As we closed in on our house, Cynthia in particular went the extra mile. We were buying site unseen and from the east coast which would have probably been terrifying if it were not for her diligence, reliability, and wonderful communication.
Kelly Calabria did an amazing job helping us find a home in Oregon. She went to every home viewing with us and made sure that we were treated well and understood each community. I don’t think we could have had a better experience as to she really stuck with us until the end.

The one thing that we found particularly helpful was whenever we emailed Kelly/Cynthia a list of prospective homes we'd want to go look at, they would take the time to research each property and alert us to any concerning factors, like a busy road... or the one house had found structural issues so the sale had fallen through. Yikes.
They also seem to have a very good relationship with all the agents in the area, so I feel that helped with getting the inside scoop on certain things and also with negotiations.
Kelly was outstanding! Her friendly demeanor, focus, and detail oriented follow up made us feel at ease throughout the process.
We were extremely satisfied and will definitely work with Kelly in the future if we decide to move in this area. She was very professional, engaged and helpful.
